​Turkcell Superonline Managed Network Services provides turnkey management of customers’ wide area network routers, including installation, configuration, monitoring, management and maintenance of the network routers, with optional security packages that provide secure, remote network access. Turkcell Superonline also provides special designed network management services with its experienced project management, consultancy and technical support teams.

After sales support services​
Monitoring
Turkcell Superonline actively monitors performance of the circuits and interferes any breakdown situations.
 
Fault management
Whenever a fault occurs, Turkcell Superonline determines the defects quickly. Level based support teams run the escalation procedures and find the root cause to fix the problems.
 
Reporting
Service availability reports are provided to customers periodically.
 
On-site maintenance support
On-site visits by field engineers when issues cannot be resolved remotely.
 
Equipment support
Turkcell Superonline has contracts with hardware vendors which covers equipment support and replacement of broken down equipments by the new ones.
 
Service level agreements
SLA is defined for service delivery and technical support.
