Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurumu’nun, SPAM e-posta (istem dışı e-posta) ile mücadele konusunda 20 Şubat 2009 tarihinde aldığı karar gereği, 15 Nisan 2009 tarihinde başlayacak olan pilot çalışma ile Mynet, Çizgi Telekom, DorukNet, TTNET Internet Servis Sağlayıcılarından bağlanan kullanıcıların, 25. Porttan iletişimi durdurulacaktır.

Bahsi geçen çalışma ile e-postalarını MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express veya Thunderbird benzeri e-posta programları aracılığıyla kullanan ve yukarıdaki Internet Servis Sağlayıcıları üzerinden internete bağlanan müşterilerimiz e-posta gönderemezken, gelen e-postalarını almaya devam edebilecektir.

Yukarıdaki internet servis sağlayıcılarından biri ile bağlanıyorsanız, e-posta programları ile gönderimde sorun yaşamamanız için, internet bağlantı ayarlarınızda “Giden Posta Sunucusu” (SMTP) portunu 587 olarak değiştirmeniz gerekmektedir. Kullandığınız programda port değişikliğinin nasıl yapılacağını görmek ve ayarlarınızı buna uygun yapılandırmak için aşağıdaki dokümanları kullanabilirsiniz.

Yapılacak çalışmadan e-posta servisini web üzerinden kullanan müşterilerimiz veya yukarıda yazılı İnternet Servis Sağlayıcılarından bağlanmayan müşterilerimiz herhangi bir şekilde etkilenmeyecektir.

Dear Customer,
Turkish Information and Communication Technologies Authority decided to conduct a pilot project to prevent spam mails (unsolicited e-mails) in February 20th, 2009. A forementioned project will be started for the ADSL subscribers of Mynet, Çizgi Telekom, DorukNet and TTNet Internet Service Providers in April 15th, 2009 and is to close 25th port to communication.

As a result of closing 25th port, our e-mail customers who uses e-mail programs like MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, Thunderbird or alike and connect to internet through one of the Internet Service Providers mentioned above will not send e-mails through their clients without updating SMTP ports in their clients as 587. You can use following documents to update SMTP port in your e-mail program.

Our e-mail customers who send and receive their e-mails through web interface or connect to internet through Internet Service Providers other than mentioned above will not be affected by the Project.
